Training begins with listening, not demanding.

How they teach

Slow, and quiet. Less interested in loosening you up quickly than in whether you actually feel the place being worked. Pressure is adjustable throughout — say the word if you want it lighter — and when you get asked how something feels, the question is waiting for a real answer.

02

What a session looks like

A few minutes of talking first: where it's tight, when it started, which movements remind you it's still there. Then reading through with the hands, letting how your body responds decide what comes next — pressure, very light craniosacral contact, or being guided to move yourself. You can call a stop at any point. Before you leave, you'll hear what the hands found, and what's worth noticing over the next few days.

03

Who this suits

Working through hands-on contact and guided movement, bringing attention back to places you don't usually notice — where you're tight, where there's still room. An approach integrating movement, fascia, and craniosacral work.
