Booking & refunds
What are your hours, and where are you?
Open daily 09:00–21:00, seven days a week. We are at No. 218, Taizi Blvd, Taibao City, Chiayi County.
What can I book online?
A first one-on-one session, a first partner session, and a sports massage can all be booked straight from the site — you pick an open slot yourself. Group classes and long-term plans are scheduled with a coach, so those go through LINE.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Sports massage needs 24 hours' notice. A first session can be booked up to 3 hours ahead, so a same-day decision still works.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Just message us on LINE — no awkwardness required.
Are group-class fees refundable?
Group-class fees are paid in full upfront. If you stop partway, we refund 90% of the remaining sessions — the same rule as every other program.
My shift schedule keeps moving — how do I book?
You can see open slots online and pick one yourself; the studio is open 09:00–21:00 daily. If something moves, message us on LINE and we will shift it.

Training & coaching
I have no exercise background — can I start?
Yes. The first session begins with a posture assessment and a look at where your body is now, and the training follows from there. No obligation to continue afterwards.
How long is a session?
One-on-one, partner and group classes all run 60 minutes; a sports massage is 80.
How do I choose a coach?
Each of the three has a different focus: Joyce works on functional training, posture assessment and core stability; Wen on movement integration, fascia release and craniosacral work; Jin on strength control, strength training and movement correction. We can decide together in your first chat — or pick "assigned for you" when booking online and we will match you to an open slot.
Does a program come with a training plan?
One-on-one and partner members get a free training plan. Fees can be paid in installments, and sessions can be shared with family or friends.

Sports massage
Does it hurt?
Pressure is adjustable throughout. Sore but still able to breathe normally works best — say the word if you want it lighter.

How is this different from a massage parlor?
We feel out where your muscle and fascia are tight before deciding how to work, and see one person at a time — these 80 minutes are only yours.

When is the best time to come after training?
Anywhere from the next day to three days after intense training — just schedule it around your training sessions.

Is this a medical treatment?

My neck is the only problem — do I really need 80 minutes?
When the neck is tight, the tightness rarely stops there — the front of the chest and the hip flexors are usually part of it. The 80 minutes are there for the whole line.

I lift and play sports — is this still for me?
Anywhere from the next day to three days after hard training works; just schedule it around your training sessions.

Posture analysis
What do I need for the free posture analysis?
Two full-body photos — one from the front, one from the side — and an email address for the result. It is free, there is no score, and nobody will call you to sell anything.
Do you keep my photos?
Your photos are used only for this analysis and destroyed automatically afterwards — no files are kept. The markup overlays stay in your browser and are never uploaded.
How long does the analysis take?
About one to three minutes. The result appears on the page and lands in the inbox you gave, so feel free to step away and come back.
Is the result a diagnosis?
It is a reference, not a diagnosis. Photos show tendencies; real tension and movement can only be understood hands-on — the first session ($1,200) includes a posture assessment with a coach in the room.
